About Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery(BHMS)

Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery(BHMS) is a practical and theoretical education in the field of Homeopathy. People who are interested in homeopathy should believe in the natural healing power of the body and should know how to multitask. Once the course is over the student will be a doctor. The course is of 5 years divided into semesters. At the end of the course, the student is expected to partake in a mandatory internship.

BHMS Admission

The application window for the BHMS course, for the 2021 admission process, is now open at several colleges. The registration process for this course generally starts from the January month, and the last date to apply for this course is in April.

1. Candidates may have to sit for the entrance, based on the college, they fill the application form. This will follow the group discussion stage, and personal interview round.

2. The governing authority will assess the skills and abilities of the candidates.

3. Candidates clearing these rounds are likely to appear for the counselling round.

Also, candidates need to get at least 50% aggregate marks in their 10+2 exams to apply for this course, in India, and they should not be more than 17 years at the time of admission. The counselling round may be conducted online for this year.
